We are getting a lot of requests for midwifery care right now. Please fill out your intake form as soon as you can and make sure it’s complete. Note: You must have a positive pregnancy test to be added to our waitlist.
Midwives can only take a certain number of clients each month. If we are full for your due date, we will put you on our waitlist. We will contact you if a spot opens for your due date.
If your due date changes after an ultrasound, please call our office to let us know so we can update your form. Do not fill out a second form for the same pregnancy. This will change your submission date and could move you down the waitlist.
Please do not call or email the office multiple times to check your status. We will reach out to you if we are able to offer you a spot.
